PZ3000 Ingredient Scales
Detecto’s stainless steel PZ3000 features totally touchless zeroing of each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping. The scales allow convenient units switching between most used measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off. (Models and capacities listed below)

This ingredient scale, with large 0.7" high LCD digits, features an AC adapter or battery operation with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Non-skid feet allow it to remain steady on slippery surfaces and optional foot tare and mountable pushbutton switches are available.
